How is there so much!?
Another day, another round of Pokémon news! There’s always something going on in the world of Pokémon, and we’ve got the details on merch, collabs and more to share.
First up is a series of Pokémon Trainers merch that includes characters found in Pokémon Scalet/Violet’s “The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero” DLC. This line will be available in Japan starting Dec. 7th, 2024 and it includes plush dolls, pencil bags, wallets and more. You can get a look at the entire lineup here.
Next comes an expansion of Takara Tomy’s Moncolle series of figurines. Starting Nov. 30th, 2024, fans can pick up Mega Venusaur, Mega Charizard Y, Mega Blastoise, Snorlax, Deoxys (normal form), and Keldeo (protected form) figurines.
For sticker fans, Furyu’s sticker machine “VERUA” is getting updated with fresh Pokémon designs starting Dec. 5th, 2024. The booths themselves will also be given a Pokemon makeover with new decorations, and some special Pokémon prizes will be up for grabs as well.
If you happen to be traveling via ANA in the near future, you might get to see Pikachu pop up during your flight! ANA has already been running a special safety video featuring Pikachu on select planes this year, but now ANA will be showing the video n all domestic and international flights starting Dec. 1st, 2024. It seems the video has been a hit in its test run, so now ANA is going all-out!
Last we have a look at special Pokémon merch for Countdown Japan 24/25. This is a concert series that features a variety of bands, but also plenty of merch opportunities. Pokémon Co. has put together some music-themed offerings for the event, including t-shirts, towels and more. You can get at the complete Pokémon merch lineup here.
